Step 1: Click the Download Now! button and save coop-tool.zip to a folder on your computer.
Step 2: Extract the contents of the zip file.
Step 3: Run the setup.exe file and follow the on-screen instructions.

The free COOP software was developed by Bay County in cooperation with MacAulay Brown, Inc., the Bay County Chamber of Commerce, the Greater Panama City Beaches Chamber of Commerce and Gulf Coast Community College.
