The Bay County Public Works Department will bein work in January 2020 to resurface and improve a 3.1-mile segment of Thomas Drive, between Joan Avenue and Bristol Street. Anticipated Completion of the project is mid-2020 and the estimated construction cost is $8.1 Million.
