  1. Triumph Gulf Coast, Inc. Workshop - NOTE change of address to Freeport

    The Board of Triumph Gulf Coast, Inc., will hold a workshop from 3:00 p.m. until 5:00 p.m., CT on Wednesday, November 2, 2022. The purpose of the workshop will be to discuss statutory requirements and board priorities for funding awards. The agenda will be posted at www.myfloridatriumph.com prior to the workshop. 

    The meeting will be held in the Walton County Commission Chambers, Freeport Business Park, 842 Highway 20 East, Unit 118, Freeport, Florida 32439. 

    Any person who wishes to appeal a decision by Triumph Gulf Coast or the board with respect to any matter considered at the workshop must have a record of the proceedings. He or she may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made.

    Triumph Gulf Coast, Inc., is a nonprofit corporation organized to oversee the expenditure of 75 percent of all funds recovered by the Florida attorney general for economic damages to the state that resulted from the 2010 Deepwater Horizon oil spill. Triumph Gulf Coast, Inc., is required to administer the distribution of the funds to be used for the recovery, diversification, and enhancement of the eight Northwest Florida counties disproportionately affected by the oil spill. Those counties include Escambia, Santa Rosa, Okaloosa, Walton, Bay, Gulf, Franklin and Wakulla.
