Services
The County Attorney’s Office represents the Board of County Commissioners. It provides legal services to the various commissions, boards, authorities, departments and divisions of county government.
Personnel
The County Attorney is appointed by the Board of County Commissioners. Currently the office is comprised of the County Attorney, the Deputy Assistant County Attorney, an Assistant County Attorney, and two legal assistants.
