Ira Hutchison Park, including the boat landing, will be closed starting today, Oct. 22 for an estimated two months.
This closure is necessary for the installation of a new water line at the Deer Point Dam. The grant-funded project aims to install a new line under St. Andrew Bay, enhancing the resilience of our utility system.
As the work progresses, the McCall Everitt Boat Ramp will also close, with that closure anticipated to begin on Oct. 30.
