2. 2025 Citizens Academy Application Form

   The 2025 Bay County Citizens Academy will take place Mondays from Sep. 22 through Nov. 3, with sessions held from 9 to 11 a.m. at the Bay County Government Center. The final session on Monday, Nov. 3 will be a field trip from 8 a.m. to approximately 3 p.m., followed by a graduation ceremony on Tuesday, Nov. 18 at 9 a.m., also at the Government Center.

   The class is limited to 25 seats. The Public Information Office will email applicants by Sept. 1 with additional information.

   Please note: Photographs and video may be taken during the academy for use in county communications and outreach materials.

   All information submitted through this application is subject to public record.

   The class is full. Applications are now being accepted for the waiting list.
