Mission & Responsibilities
The Bay County Public Works Department maintains, preserves and protects the infrastructure resources of the County in the most efficient and effective manner possible.
Divisions
Public Works is made up of the following divisions:

Engineering
Services and information provided by the Engineering department include stormwater, paving, and construction right-of-way.

Facilities Management
Bay County’s Facilities Management Division is dedicated to providing a high level of maintenance and support to the buildings within the County’s infrastructure and the departments who occupy them.

Mosquito Control

Roads & Bridges
This division's mission is to maintain and repair our roadways.

Traffic Engineering

Capital Improvement Project (CIP) Progress Report
The monthly CIP Progress Reports is prepared to provide the status of projects currently under construction and recently completed projects. The October 2017 CIP Report provides the status and a photo of the projects currently under construction and a listing of those projects completed since January 2016.
