1st Quarter Fair Housing Activity
As part of Bay County’s efforts to educate and further Fair Housing, the Bay County Housing Division mailed out over 70+ letters to Lenders and Realtors throughout the County. A Fair Housing Pamphlet and links to the U.S Housing and Urban Department Fair Housing website were included where they can research and download information regarding Fair Housing. It is the intention of Bay County to affirmatively further Fair Housing in all aspects of its community. click here to view the letters that were mailed out.

Homeowner’s Buyer Education Class - February 17, 2023 9AM – 4PM
Bay County Housing Services Program and the Cooperative Extension Office offers a first-time home buyer class at the Bay County Government Center, located at UF/IFAS Extension Bay County, 2728 East 14th Street, Panama City. This course is designed to help you better understand the home buying process, analyze your personal financial and credit situation, and learn basic home care and maintenance techniques to maintain the value of your home and save money on repairs.
