Homeowner’s Buyer Education Class - February 15, 2024
Bay County Housing Services Program and the Cooperative Extension Office offers a first-time home buyer class at the Bay County Government Center, located at UF/IFAS Extension Bay County, 2728 East 14th Street, Panama City. This course is designed to help you better understand the home buying process, analyze your personal financial and credit situation, and learn basic home care and maintenance techniques to maintain the value of your home and save money on repairs.
