Welcome to the Bay County Emergency Services website! We are honored that you have taken the time to learn more about our department and the dedicated professionals who serve this community.
Our department is comprised of over 250 committed men and women who stand ready to respond to the needs of Bay County. Our team includes Firefighters, Paramedics, EMTs, 911 Communicators, Emergency Management professionals, and administrative support personnel. Each member of our team is highly trained and dedicated to placing your needs above their own.
Bay County Emergency Services is responsible for four key areas: Fire Suppression and Prevention, Emergency Medical Services, 911 Communications, and Emergency Management. Each of these areas plays a critical role in keeping our community safe and prepared for any emergency.
